Mining Rescue Cabin

       On 27th May, manned movable rescue cabin of state-standard 96 hours autonomously researched and produced was tested sucessfully for the detailed datas.

     The test is conducted in the simulated downhole of high tempreture. 12 volunteers who participated in the test led a normal 96-hour life by means of inner equipped facility and life support system. The physiological signs of 12 participantants was examined absolutely normal. Curve data and parameter of inner and outer temperature, adsorptive capacity of CO2, CO, supplying capacity of O2, cabin positive pressure keeping capacity,living support capacity and environmental supervision capacity shows that mining-use movable rescue cabin comes to standard, indicating this type of rescue cabin meets the requirements of design standards of emergency aversion, and supplying firsthand material for the further improvement of the rescue cabin.       As we have understood,first in Shandong Province explosive test is sucessfully conducted in Chongqing Rescue Cabin Test Center on May15th, explosive impact reaching 1.5Mpa without any deformity, far beyond state-standard of 0.3Mpa,.This type of rescue cabin is applied in the downhole featured with high gas and thick dust. Under the emergency of dust and gas explosion, fire, permeating water and roof collapse, miners are able to come into rescue cabin avoiding the danger and waiting for the rescue.

Cabin body adopts fission style(include transition bay, sealing bay and equipment bay), equipped with life support system, drying and temperature-reducing system, air-cleaning system, waste treatment system, emergency communication system, self-aid system and so on guaranteeing 120 hours survival time, instantaneous temperature tolerancy comes to 1200°C. The temperature in the cabin is less than 35°C when the outside temperature is continuously high.

       Portable rescue cabin is formed by the transitional cabin, main cabin, and auxiliary cabin. The cabin adopts split combined structure, easy to disassembly and transport. Sealed steel shell with special insulation materials can be isolated from the heat generated outside, and to provide a safe shelter to survivors. The cabin provides air purification and cooling dehumidification system, oxygen system, environmental gas monitoring and alarm system, uninterruptible power supply, communication systems etc.
